Progressive Development Group

Progressive Development Group, Inc., was founded with the vision of a true service-oriented organization: an organization whose staff would readily assist clients with any issue that might arise in the course of a project. To that end, PDG works with Commercial Maintenance Systems, Inc., to provide Design/Build Services to our clients. Since most Design/Build Programs are under the direction of either a designer or a contractor, but rarely both, communication problems have traditionally arisen between the two separate entities. However, PDG and CMS work side by side, and the client meets with both teams concurrently, resulting in seamless communication, streamlined project performance, and minimized time and costs.
