Note From The Chief Executive Officer
Nearly forty years ago, I began my career with a surveyor’s rod in hand, learning firsthand the importance of precision, reliability, and trust in this industry. Those early experiences in boundary and topographic surveying shaped my belief that successful projects are built not only on technical expertise but also on strong partnerships and a relentless focus on client needs.
In 1997, I founded Progressive Development Group, Inc. and Commercial Maintenance Systems, Inc. with a vision to create multidisciplinary firms capable of delivering end-to-end solutions in civil engineering, architectural design, permitting, construction, and maintenance. Since then, our teams have had the privilege of supporting some of the nation’s most respected brands—from Enterprise Rent-A-Car and McDonald’s to Duke Energy, Walmart, Bank of America, and municipalities across Florida.
