Lakewood Ranch Chevron

PDG provided engineering and architectural services from the onset of the project through construction completion. Assisting the client with the Due-Diligence phase, which consisted of determining the land development requirements of both Manatee County and Lakewood Ranch, we attended meetings with Manatee County and Lakewood Ranch, and developed a conceptual site plan and preliminary architectural elevations. Upon preliminary approval, PDG proceeded with the design and permitting of the site development and architectural plans. Finally, PDG followed through with construction management services and provided assistance to the client until the completion of the Chevron station project
